Sweet & Tart Balsamic Trio

Our Sweet & Tart Balsamic Trio is made by a neighboring Central Coast artisanal vinegar maker. The Fig Balsamic Vinegar pairs perfectly with our extra virgin olive oil to dress a salad or pizza. Our Blackberry Balsamic is mellow and mild enough for straight sipping, but it also makes an outstanding reduction sauce that is delicious over fresh fruit or warm Brie. The Sweet Basil Plum has a deep, rich flavor that will make any dish taste amazing. We suggest pairing it with chicken, pork and vegetables.
