Preparation
Prep the Cheeses:Slice or wedge the Cabrillo (hard cheese) and Ragged Point (soft cheese). Leave some whole for visual appeal.
Arrange the Charcuterie:Slice the salami.Lay out the fruit & nut crackers and baguette (sliced or torn into pieces).Place the olives in a small bowl with a fork or spoon.Add a handful of Marcona almonds.
Add Fruit:Wash and dry the fresh seasonal fruit (figs, grapes, or strawberries).Scatter among other ingredients for color and freshness.Include a small pile of dried apricots.
Finish with Olive Oil:Pour Pasolivo Lemon or Lime Olive Oil into a small dipping bowl, or drizzle lightly over bread and cheese.
