INGREDIENTS:
• Thick sliced Pagnol Bakery (out of Los Osos) Sonora bread
• Grated parmesan cheese
• Mashed avocado
• Fresh ground pistachios layered over parmesan
• 1 Tbsp high quality buratta
• Leaves from one stem fresh oregano
• Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil
• Maldon finishing salt flakes
• Ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Toast bread. Top with avocado, grated parmesan, then fresh ground pistachios over the parmesan. Add buratta and leaves from oregano. Top with a drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil, a sprinkle of finishing salt and pepper.
