Cilantro Lime Biscuits

Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt,
• 1/2 cup Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 tsp fresh lime zest
• 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar of pepper jack cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven 400°. Mix the flour, baking powder, and Pasolivo Garlic Sea Salt in a bowl. Stir in the Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil and buttermilk, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop the dough (in whatever size biscuits you prefer) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly brown and cooked through.

*Makes approximately 8 large or 16 small biscuits

These biscuits are full of refreshing flavor and zing! They're especially good served with Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Chicken. Also, for those of you intimidated by all the work of rolling and cutting involved in making biscuits, these use the simple and quick "dropping" technique for ease!
