Cilantro Lime Chicken
In a large frying pan, warm 1 tbsp Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil on medium. Sprinkle chicken with Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt and cook until done. Remove chicken from pan and chop into bite size pieces. Add 1 tbsp Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil to chicken skillet and turn heat to medium-low. Add onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms, chicken broth, Pasolivo Smokey Spice Blend and simmer until reduced by half. Then reduce heat to low. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt and chicken. Serve over rice and drizzle with additional Pasolivo Cilantro Lime Olive Oil.
