INGREDIENTS:
1½ Tbsp Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 oz marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 tsp Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend
¼ tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
1½ Tbsp Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:
Lightly oil an 8"x8" pan. In a large bowl measure rice cereal, set aside. In a small bowl mix the Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend and the Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, set aside.
In a large pan, heat the Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil, marshmallows, vanilla, and Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey until completely melted. Immediately stir in small bowl ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the large bowl with cereal, mix and put into prepared pan. If needed, lightly oil a butter knife to help spread the mixture. Let the bars stand for 4 hours before serving as the flavors develop over several hours.
