Mascarpone Tart with Orange Blossom Honey

1 refrigerated Pie Crust (or your favorite pastry or shortbread crust)
2 large Navel Oranges
8 oz. Chilled Mascarpone Cheese
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, divided
Sliced, toasted, salted Almonds for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare pastry in 9” pan with removable bottom. Pierce crust all over with a fork. Bake pastry in advance using weights or beans on foil (15-25 minutes). Remove foil and finish browning (no more than five minutes). Let cool. Zest oranges for filling. Slice peeled oranges into thin rounds and again in half. Combine Mascarpone, Heavy Whipping Cream, sugar, two tbsp. Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, and zest in electric mixer until blended. Spread filling in crust. Add oranges and almonds then drizzle with honey.
