INGREDIENTS:
One Hen
One Lemon, sliced
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Herbes de Provence
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:
Clean chicken thoroughly. Using a trussing needle, poke holes in the lemons and then place lemons in the cavity. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Pasolivo Herbes de Provence in the cavity and under the skin. Then rub approximately 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil on the outside of skin. Bake at 350 degrees. Depending on the weight of the hen, approximate cooking time is 40-60 minutes.
