Strawberry and Sriracha Blended Margarita

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil, for rim of glass
2-3 tsp. Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt, for rim of glass
15-20 strawberries, stems removed
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
3/4 cup (6 oz.) Tequila Blanco (or any White or Silver Tequila)
½ cup (4 oz.) fresh squeezed lime juice, approx 2-4 limes
½ cup (4 oz.) Cointreau
3-5 cups ice
3-4 strawberries, sliced thinly for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Dip four old-fashioned or margarita glasses in the Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil and then in the Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt. Set aside prepared glasses. Fill blender with 15-20 strawberries (depending on their size and sweetness), 2 Tbsp. Pasolivo Lime Oil, Tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and ice and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry slices.

Note: If strawberries are small use up to 20 or more even. If they are not sweet enough add 1-2 Tbsp. powdered sugar and/or a little more Cointreau.
