White Chocolate Brownie

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2 ounces white chocolate
3 1/2 ounces butter
10 ounces sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 ounces all purpose flour
Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Pour into a lightly greased pan. Bake at 375 degree F for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into desired sizes. Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Drizzle with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil.
