Chopped Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Chopped Salad

2 cups grilled shrimp or chicken
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
14 ounce can or jar, hearts of palm, drained and sliced thin
1 avocado, cut into bit size pieces
5 ounces arugula, chopped coarsely
1 shallot, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped

Dressing:
3 Tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
1/2-1 tsp. Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Toss all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, whisk and pour over salad, toss and serve.
