Pasolivo Healthy One-Pot Meal

INGREDIENTS:
Vegetables of your liking
Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil (formally known as Pasolivo)
Filet of Fish or Chicken Breast
Balsamic Vinegar or Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS:
Saute vegetables in a large saute pan with a drizzle of Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Move them to a plate and add a little more olive oil and cook a filet of fish or chicken breast. Remove and deglaze the pan with a little balsamic vinegar or lemon juice for a healthy one-pot meal.

Brussel Sprouts and Tangerine Olive Oil
Sliced Bell Peppers and Onions with Lime Olive Oil
Zucchini and Carrots with Artisan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
