Lime Cornbread

1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 Tbsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
2⁄3 cup sugar
1 1⁄4 cup milk
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
5 Tbsp butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all the dry ingredients (including sugar) in a large bowl. Combine liquids in a separate bowl. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Do not over-mix. Pour into a greased square 8” or 9” pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
