Summer Slaw with Honey Lime Dressing
1/2 cup Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
5 Tbsp Pasolivo Raspberry Basil Vinegar
1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
2 tsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
1 tsp fresh lime juice
A few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
7 cups small chopped cabbage, green and/or red
1 cup sugar snap peas, cut in half
1 cup cucumbers, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chiffonade
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Whisk all ingredients together in bowl.
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Add the Pasolivo Honey Lime Dressing to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
