Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Makes 1 1/2 cups
4 Tbsp Pasolivo Boozy Cran-cherry Chutney
1 cup cooked and chopped turkey or chicken
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Central Coast Curry
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped
Lettuce to serve
Buns to serve
Mix all ingredients except lettuce and buns. Add more salt if needed. Serve on buns with lettuce.

Turkey Salad Sandwiches can be made with your favorite bread or rolls. This is a great lunch or dinner and easy to make. Serve with chips, fries, or soup. You can also add tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, or sliced pickles.
