Olive Oil Honey Apple Bundt Cake

• 1 cup Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, rubbed to be more fine
• 1 tsp Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend
• 2 cups of apple, chopped small
• 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 325°. Oil bundt pan with Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil. Stir the Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil and sugar in a large bowl. Ad the eggs and beat until lighter in color. Then stir in the Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and Pasolivo Sugar & Spice Blend. Stir the flour mixture into the batter until just moistened, then gently fold in the apples and walnuts. Pour into the prepared bundt pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 50-70 minutes. Let the cake cool on a baking rack for about 15 minutes. Invert the cake onto a cake plate. Drizzle with additional warm honey or caramel sauce if desired.
