Olive Oil Washed Martini
• 3/4 oz Blanc Vermouth
• Olive garnish
At a ratio of 6 oz of gin to 1 oz of olive oil, combine into a jar and shake. Let sit for 24 hours on the counter. Then fridge for 6 hours; this will cause the olive oil to solidify and separate. Afterwards you can strain it through a coffee filter and the olive oil will be strained out.
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an olive. Enjoy with a tasty charcuterie board.
