Parchment Wrapped Fish
Cut a large piece of parchment paper. Rub Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil on filet. Place filet in center of parchment. Sprinkle with Pasolivo Lemon Pepper and Pasolivo Sriracha Salt. Lay lemon slices on top. Fold parchment about the fish, crimping the top and ends to keep steam inside while baking. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 18 minutes or until done. Unwrap fish. Filet can be eaten on mashed potatoes, rice, or directly out of the parchment paper. Drizzle fish with additional Pasolivo olive oil.
