Preparation
The Carolina
Our Basic Betty hot dog topped with homemade cole slaw drizzled with Pasolivo Smokey Chipotle BBQ sauce to taste. Served with a steamed and lightly toast New England style hot dog bun.

The Spicy Fred
Our take on a fiery spicy bratwurst using Pasolivo Fiery Ale Mustard used to taste and topped with sauerkraut. Served with a steamed and lightly toast New England style hot dog bun.

The Upscale Barney
Our Barney Polish Sausage Upscale for the discerning taste bud drizzled with Pasolivo Garlic Champagne Mustard, topped with grilled onions sautéed with Pasolivo Garlic EVOO and Garlic Sea Salt. For grilled onions use 2-3 tablespoons of Pasolivo Garlic EVOO and pinch or two of the Pasolivo Garlic Sea Salt. Sautéed for 15-20 minutes or until caramelized. Served with a steamed and lightly toast New England style hot dog bun.

The Hot Basic Betty
Our Basic Betty hot dog with a light spread of the Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam drizzled with Pasolivo Dolce Garlic Mustard, topped with grilled onions sautéed with Pasolivo Garlic EVOO and Garlic Sea Salt (for grilled onions use 2-3 tablespoons of Pasolivo Garlic EVOO and a pinch or two of the Pasolivo Garlic Sea Salt) and chopped Roma tomatoes. Served with a steamed and lightly toasted New England style hot dog bun.

Grande Pulled Pork Nachos
Our take on the ultimate nachos using pulled pork, a great tasting cheese sauce and grilled onions. Using Taco Works chips prepare your favorite nacho cheese sauce, adding 1-2 teaspoons of Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Sea Salt per ½ cup of cheese sauce and heat. For the pulled pork prepare a pork butt or shoulder roast using Pasolivo Smokey Spice Blend and the Pasolivo Cilantro Lime EVOO as a rub. Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Cook the pork in an Instapot for 2-2.5 hours, pull and get ready to serve. To prepare the grilled onions use 2-3 tablespoons of the Pasolivo Cilantro Lime EVOO. For the final product, get your platter and lay down a layer of Taco Works chips, top with the cheese mixture, a layer of pulled pork and grilled onions, then repeat as many times as you like and serve. Top with chopped Roma tomatoes and sour cream. This is a meal in and of itself.
