• 2 cups Pasolivo Marinara Sauce Recipe
• 4 eggs
Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil for serving
• Crusty bread for serving
Preheat oven to 375°. Warm Pasolivo Marinara Sauce in a 10” fry pan, and bring to a low simmer. Make 4 small indentations in sauce, and crack eggs into each well. Cover and cook until egg whites are just set. (Check after 4 minutes to see if done). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil and serve with crusty bread
