Crispy Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered lengthwise
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Formally Artisan Blend)
1 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Formally Artisan Blend) for finishing
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Tuscan Balsamic Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking tray with aluminium foil and parchment paper for easy clean-up. Trim Brussels sprouts and cut large ones in quarters and smaller ones in half, lengthwise. Pile in the center of the baking tray and drizzle with 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt and ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.

Toss ingredients until coated and spread out evenly in one layer on baking tray. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes until tender and crispy. If they are not crispy and browned enough,raise temperature to 450 degrees F. and bake another 5-10 minutes. To serve, let rest 5 minutes and transfer to a serving bowl or platter. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Tuscan Balsamic Vinegar. Serve immediately.
