Pasolivo Roasted Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds fresh mushrooms of your choice
1/2 cup Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Formally Pasolivo)
4 Tbsp Pasolivo Herbs de Provence
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Sweet Basil Plum Balsamic Vinegar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove mushroom stems and cut caps into quarters. Mix Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, Pasolivo Herbs de Provence, and mushrooms. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish and bake for approx. 30-40 minutes or until mushrooms have softened. Remove from heat and drizzle with Pasolivo Basil Plum Vinegar.
