Ingredients
3-4 cups Fresh Seasonal Fruits (Strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, plums, melon, oranges, grapefruit, apples etc.)
Mint or Basil, chiffonade (optional)
2 tablespoons Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
8-12 ounces Vanilla Yogurt
Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt for garnish
Preparation
Peel, pit and wash fruit as necessary. Slice or dice fruit and toss very gently with mint and/or basil and Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil. Serve with a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Salt.
Fresh fruit and yogurt make this a delightful spring salad, or dessert.
