Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix bread crumbs, Pasolivo Smokey Spice Blend and brown sugar in a bowl. Coat the tenderloin with the Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil and then rub in the bread crumb mixture. The rub should be about 1/4 inch thick covering the tenderloin. Bake for 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. Let stand for 10 min. before cutting into 1/2 inch slices. Enjoy!
