Yogurt & Citrus Olive Oil Chicken
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil
4 chicken cutlets
Heat 1 tablespoon of Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Wipe the excess marinade off the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about four minutes per side. Alternately, you can grill these, taking care not to overcook.
