INGREDIENTS:
Organic Vegan Ceviche:
• 1 medium orange
• 3 Pasolivo Habanero Stuffed Olives
• 1 oz. cucumber, julienned
• 1 oz. avocado, diced into small cubes
• 1 oz. red onion, julienned
• 1/2 tsp Pasolivo Habanero Stuffed Olive brine
• 1/2 tsp Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
• 1 oz. Forager Organic Gin
Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Sea Salt

Orange Blossom Old Fashion:
• 1/4 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 2 oz Forager Bourbon Whisky
• 6 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 1 slice orange rind
• 1 ice rock

Symphony of Citrus:
• 1 whole fresh Elderberry Flower
• 2 Tbsp Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
• 1/2 orange
• 1/2 Meyer lemon
• 1/2 lime
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz Forager Vodka
DIRECTIONS:
Organic Vegan Ceviche:
Peel orange and slice into 1/8th inch wheels and line the inside of the martini glass. Add the cucumber, avocado and red onion and drizzle with the Habanero brine and olive oil. Pour in the Forager Organic Gin. For garnish, smudge 1/2 of the glass rim with honey and Ghost Pepper Salt and a fresh Grape vine tendril.

Orange Blossom Old Fashion:
In a separate glass, mix the honey and hot water together until honey has dissolved to make a simple syrup.

Place an ice rock in a rocks glass. Take the orange peel and rub the rim of the rocks glass and place rind in glass on top of the ice rock.

In a separate mixing glass, combine 1/2 oz of honey syrup, 2 oz of Bourbon Whisky, 6 dashes of Angostura bitters, and Orange Blossom simple syrup. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds to cool the mix. Using a Boston strainer and strain in to the rocks glass. Sip and enjoy!

Symphony of Citrus:
In a mixing glass squeeze each half of orange, Meyer lemon, lime, and Elderberry flower and muddle together. Add in the simple syrup, Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar, Forager Vodka, and ice. Stir and strain into fresh glass with ice. Garnish with each with one wheel slice of orange, Meyer lemon, lime, and fresh Elderberry flower. A substitution for fresh Elderberry flower is 1 oz of St.Germain Elderberry Flower Liqueur. When using the St.Germain Liqueur, eliminate the simple syrup from the recipe.
