INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt marinade and dipping sauce
4 Chicken Breasts
3 Tbsp Pasolivo Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil
2 tsp. Pasolivo Spring Blend
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
1 Cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use, 30 minutes if time allows.

Bread Crumb mixture
1 Cup panko bread crumbs
3-4 tsp. Pasolivo Spring Blend
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
Mix well and set aside until ready to use.
DIRECTIONS:
Take 3/4 cup of the yogurt marinade (save remaining for dipping) and spread evenly as possible on both sides of the chicken breasts. Then dip both sides of chicken breast into the bread crumbs. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Serve with the remaining dipping sauce
