1/2 cup Pasolivo Black Olive Tapenade
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
2 Tbsp capers
2 pinches of Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt, or to taste
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
