GOLD MEDAL WINNER - LA INTERNATIONAL OLIVE OIL COMPETITION, Named a Top 250 Olive Oil in the World by Der Feinschmeker, Europe's largest annual olive oil tasting.
Herbaceous, green, peppery, our signature Pasolivo olive oil is a blend of 5 Tuscan olives grown on our farm in Paso Robles. A green fruitiness with a white pepper finish and that hint of bitterness that is the hallmark of Tuscan varietal olive oils. Always an award-winner, always a favorite. Unfiltered, hand-picked, certified extra virgin.
TO USE: Mix it with a balsamic for a salad, drizzle over pasta, roasted potatoes or fresh veggies. Amazing on tomatoes or on a steak with rosemary.

There's a reason why this has won so many awards - I've been using this olive oil for years - just tried this year's Pasolivo in the tasting room, and it has that pleasing bite and green, grassy taste. This is definitely a foodie's olive oil - not for the weak of heart! I can't wait for summer tomatoes. Posted by Bradley
Didn't know you could find this type of oil in the U.S. - After traveling in Italy and falling for the oils we tasted in Tuscany, I was told to try this California-made EVOO. I was immediately won over, and it's much easier to get this shipped to me in New York than going back to Italy! I put this on bruschetta and people always tell me it tastes richer. With an aged balsamic, makes just a super dressing. Posted by Joan
Truly an excellent olive oil! - Of all the Pasolivo oils, this is my favorite. I love the bright, crisp, green flavor of this olive oil! It's outstanding! It's right up there next to oils I've tasted in Greece, Italy, Spain or Israel. Posted by Dolores
It is the best! - I've tried them all and by far it is the best! Such a fresh flavor. Really makes food come alive.....It is so good with fresh bread and cracked pepper. Love it! Posted by Brady
