Delicious! - What a perfect balance of salty/sweet! My favorite way to use it is as a topping for a baked sweet potato with shredded manchego cheese. So delicious! Yummy - We tried this on cream cheese with crackers and it was wonderful. We also spread it on grilled pork tenderloin. It gave it an intense flavor. I would use it again. Great texture (reminds me of fig jam) and has a nice savoriness about it. Posted by Unknown
