At Pasolivo, we love to eat! Our Everyday Artisan Foods let us share the uncommon treats we've found, often made by local chefs and artisans. This chutney-like jam is made by Paso Robles' own chef from Dining with Andre. Green olives, apples and spices taste terrific baked with brie, on cream cheese with crackers or on pork.
So unusual, but so delicious! - Oh, the tasting room at Pasolivo was so charming, and we had the cutest sales girl...about 8 years old, maybe, who gravely told us that the jam had hints of allspice and paired nicely with hard cheeses. Who can resist a pitch like that? Served it last night with a cheese plate and garlic bread and was the hostess with the mostess. Will be ordering more. Posted by Unknown
