Our Tangerine Olive Oil is made using the same olives used in our signature EVOO. We blend oil distilled from Tangerine peels directly with our Pasolivo to create a gorgeous oil for salad dressings, for drizzling on BBQ or pork chops. Our favorite way to use it is still the easiest: use it instead of vegetable oil in your next batch of brownies!

Vegetables - Great with steamed vegatables, such as green beans, green asparagus, even broccoli. Just drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Posted by Ulla

Great with shrimp - We tried this by marinating shrimp and garlic with tangerine olive oil. Pouring this over pasta with the shrimp and a little basil is excellent. We love this olive oil. Posted by Leann
Lovely subtle orange flavor! - We tried the olive oil bar after several recommendations from different wineries and we were so glad we did! The flavored olive oils were spectacular but none so much as the Tangerine Olive Oil. The hint of orange makes for such a splendid experience in your mouth! It went well with baked salmon and honey and their Dukkah seasoning; then drizzled with the Tangerine Olive Oil to finish. It turns good brownies into FABULOUS brownies! Posted by Gourmet Girl
