Tips for perfect avocado toast: Always use ripe avocados, toast thick-sliced bread, don't forget salt and seasonings, and most importantly, use quality extra virgin olive oil.
Combine and mash avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Rub the toast with a fresh garlic clove (for extra flavor) and then top the bread with the mashed avocado mixture.
