Processing Time: Regular orders may take 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipping. Club shipments and end-of-year holiday orders may require 2–3 weeks for processing prior to shipping due to high order volume.

Shipping Method: Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS. If you prefer USPS shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. The standard delivery method takes 1-3 days for in-state delivery, and 4-6 days for out-of-state delivery once leaving our facility. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Service team.

Carrier Responsibility: Once your package is transferred to UPS or USPS, Pasolivo is not liable for any delays or damages incurred during transit. However, if you experience issues with your delivery or receive damaged products, please reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
