Join The Club
Members receive three shipments per year in March, June, and September. There is an optional December shipment that makes the perfect gift!
We curate a product selection for each shipment to include new products, seasonal favorites, and custom recipes. Alternatively, you can customize your shipment with desired products before the customizaton deadline, as long as you meet the minimum subtotal requirement.
We’ll notify you via email at the start of the shipment month to remind you of the upcoming deadline. You will have ample time to make desired changes, select between shipping and local pickup delivery options, or gift it to a recipient.

Pasolivo’s Press Club brings our award-winning olive oils, gourmet specialty foods, and luxurious bath & body products directly to your door. You receive 10% off all of your purchases throughout the year excluding olive wood products. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about our Press Club.
When Will I Receive My Shipments?
Scheduled shipments occur in March, June and September. An email is sent prior to the shipment announcing included items and information on customizing. There is also an optional December shipment and information about receiving that will be sent in November.
How Do I Access My Press Club Account?
- Navigate to the Log in button at the top right of the Pasolivo website.
- Enter the email address you used to register for your account.
- You will receive a 6-digit code to your inbox for a secure login.
- Once you are logged in, you can view order history, account details, and upcoming shipments.
How Do I Reset My Password?
- Click login and enter your email address.
- Next, click the “Forgot your Password” link under the login boxes.
- Enter your email address associated with your Pasolivo Club Membership.
- An email will be sent directly to your inbox with further instructions.
When Can I Customize My Shipment?
Shipments can only be customized during club shipment times and will always be announced via email at the start of the shipment month. You will have 2 weeks to customize your shipment before the deadline around the middle of the shipment month.
How Do I Customize My Shipment Online?
How Much Does My Shipment Cost?
Shipment cost will vary depending on the selected products. We kindly ask that your customized order cost is equal to or greater than the minimum amount outlined in your customization email. Your card on-file will not be billed until shipment time in March, June, and September.
How Do I Make Changes to My Membership
You can edit your personal account details such as name, contact information, and default address in the top right corner of your account dashboard. Any questions, requests, holds, or cancelations may be sent to our Customer Service Team at info@pasolivo.com. Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the next shipment per the Press Club Terms.
