Fantastic. Used the Raspberry Basil Vinegar in making a sauce for a pot roast. Everyone (all 19 people) thought it was one of the best ones I made. Also in a marinade for lamb. I encourage whoever is thinking about buying the raspberry basil vinegar to “Do It!" Bon Appétit

The Sparkling Citrus Vinegar is such a lite, sort of sweet, slightly sparkling vinegar. Sometimes I add a little lemon juice and of course Pasolivo Olive Oil!
