  1. Mix all ingredients except cod in a small saucepan. Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Warm 2 tbsp Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil in a fry pan. Add fish fillets and sprinkle with Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt. and freshly ground pepper. When fish is fully cooked, pour sauce over fish and serve.
