This Fresh Grilled Pineapple is a perfect treat or dessert to go with the Citrus Pesto Turkey Burger, Pesto and Vegetable Foil Wrapped Chicken, or Pesto Pasta Salad! Enjoy as a side dish, dessert, or as an appetizer!
Prepare the pineapple by coring and cutting top, bottom and sides off of pineapple.
Slice into rings about 1 1/2" thick. You could also do half rings.
Brush both sides with Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
