Fried Goat Cheese

  1. Slice the goat cheese log in half the long way then slice horizontally about 1/2" wide. Place Pasolivo Italian Nut Crumbs on a plate and then coat the goat cheese with them. Warm Pasolivo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 8" fry pan over medium-low to medium heat. Cook on the first side for about 1 minute. Flip gently and cook onthe other side for about 30-45 seconds. It should be brown and not burn. Adjust heat accordingly. Place on paper towel and serve immediately. Serve as an appetizer or use to top a salad.
