Ingredients

For serving: fresh strawberries, Pasolivo Pear Blueberry Sauce

Preparations

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder, and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt ).
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients (Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil , whole milk, fresh lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, eggs, and Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey).
  4. Combine the flour into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Drop the dough in about 1/3 cup mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 12-14 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, or Pasolivo Pear Blueberry Sauce.
