Classic guacamole with a Pasolivo flare. Made with spicy Red Jalapeno Olive Oil and Kosher Flake Sea Salt.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 tbsp Pasolivo Red Jalapeno Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Tbsp. minced red onion
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
3/4 tsp. Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt
Add freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparations

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
Add additional Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Add minced fresh jalapenos to desired heat level
