Made with six simple ingredients, Pasolivo's pickled blackberry recipe is super easy and delicious. Good on salads, with goat cheese crostini or vanilla ice cream.

Preparations

  1. Put all ingredients except blackberries into a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until ingredients are melted and incorporated
  3. Place blackberries into a glass jar and pour hot pickling liquid over the top
  4. Blackberries will be ready to use after 1 hour
  5. Refrigerate and use for 5 days
  6. Good on salads, with goat cheese on crostini, or vanilla ice cream
  7. You can also use the vinegar pickling mixture in salad dressings
