Cook ground sausage/beef in large pan over medium heat on the stove. Ensure meat is lightly cooked and broken apart. Then drain off fat.
Turn heat to medium low and stir in Pasolivo Olive & Artichoke Marinara Sauce, pepperoni, red bell pepper, and Pasolivo Garlic Salt to the large pan containing the cooked meat.
Meanwhile, cook Pasolivo Original Olive-Shaped Pasta in a separate pot on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until al dente, or according to farfelle/penne package directions.
Drain water, setting aside 3-4 tablespoons of pasta water.
Mix cooked pasta and 3-4 tablespoons pasta water into the large pan containing the sauce and meat. Then, stir in cheeses.
Pour the large pan into the previously oiled 9x13 baking dish and bake in the oven until cheese is melted, about 18-22 minutes.
Sprinkle with more Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt, if desired.
Serve immediately with additional parmesan and a drizzle of Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil.
