The combination of roasted vegetables, golden berries, and toasted pecans makes every bite both nourishing and memorable.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz romaine lettuce (about 6 cups)
  • 3 tbsp Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
  • 2 cups of Pasolivo Lemon Garlic Roasted Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup golden berries (gooseberries), cut in half
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • optional: 1/2 cup chopped/pitted dates

Dressing:

Preparations

  1. Add all of the salad ingredients into a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, add dressing ingredients and mix well. Add dressing to the salad bowl, to taste, then toss.
