  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower. Remove outer leaves and core.
  3. Place cauliflower on a cutting board and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Some pieces will remain intact, while others will break into florets.
  4. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl. Toss with Pasolivo Habanero Olive Oil , Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and Pasolivo Spring Blend until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Use two sheets if needed to avoid crowding.
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until tender and nicely browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
