Spring Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Fresh fruit and yogurt make this a delightful spring salad, or dessert.

Ingredients

Preparations

  1. Peel, pit and wash fruit as necessary.
  2. Slice or dice fruit and toss very gently with mint and/or basil and Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil.
  3. Serve with a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Salt.
