Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh asparagus (about 12 oz. with tough ends removed)
Stir in ham, vegetable mixture, cheeses, and parsley
Lay bread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish, pour egg mixture over, and toss gently to mix and coat evenly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Bake for 75-90 minutes until golden and set in the center.
