Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Turkey Salad Sandwiches can be made with your favorite bread or rolls. This is a great lunch or dinner and easy to make. Serve with chips, fries, or soup. You can also add tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, or sliced pickles.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and chopped turkey or chicken
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Central Coast Curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons toasted walnuts, chopped
  • Lettuce to serve
  • Buns to serve

Preparations

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and buns. Add more salt if needed. Serve on buns with lettuce.
