Set the oven to 250°F. Place the garlic cloves in a ramekin or another small oven-proof dish. Pour Garlic Olive Oil over the cloves until completely submerged, about 1 cup.
Place the ramekin onto a sheet tray and bake in the oven for 2 hours, until the cloves are golden brown and completely soft.
Blend the oil and the cloves together until smooth. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning with additional Roasted Garlic Sea Salt if needed.
Can be used as a dipping sauce, sandwich spread, salad dressing, steak sauce, etc. Enjoy!
