This cocktail is based on a French 75 and embraces all the delicious wintertime flavors and spices.

Ingredients

1 ounce Amaretto
.5 ounces Pasolivo Winter Ambrosia Vinegar
Pinch of Kosher Flake Sea Salt
3 thin apple slices
1 ounce white rum
Prosecco

Preparations

Muddle 3 thin apple slices in martini shaker.
Add Amaretto, white rum, Pasolivo Winter Ambrosia Vinegar, pinch of Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with apple slices.
